Praanayam is the ancient Yogic science of breath.

Yossi Dayan has been teaching Praanayam, the Yogic science of breath,
And meditation in the Indian Himalayas for the past twenty five years.
He is certified by the International Meditation Institute, Himalayas, India.

has spent these years imparting this ancient Yogic practice to hundreds of people of all ages, from all over world, and all walks of life.
With simple breathing exercises, and paying attention to the source of breath,
a state of awareness unfolds whereby a human being lives in freedom and peace.
