HOPPING BACK, FLOATING FORWARD

Event Description

Floating your feet to the top of your mat and hopping back to chaturanga can be some of the most exhilarating moments in your practice. In this workshop, we will cover the basics of floating, hopping, bounding, flying – whatever you want to call it – in your flows. We’ll work on techniques to feel lighter in these movements, and break down the steps that you can take to progress.

All levels are welcome, but some experience is recommended.
