Function and form are the Yin and Yang of any Yoga pose. Both must be equally present, from basic Mountain/Tadasana (simple standing pose) to Handstand/Adho Mukha Vrksasana. In this workshop, we’ll see how these two postures, with respect to function and form, are identical and inform one another. To master one is to master the other. Come learn how to stand tall, invert safely and with ease, and build a sustainable practice that feels good in your body, no matter how hard and challenging it gets. All levels welcome.
